Our sourcing policy has been developed into a process detailed below. This process emphasizes direct communication and to set clear expectations to our customers, if you have any questions that are not answered below, please reach out directly to any of our contact methods listed on this website at the bottom of the page or via our inquiry forms.
Step 1: Reach out for a discussion on your inquiry or fill out the contact form below!
Step 2: We will provide an expected price quote to you after researching your desired piece, this can include things such as condition and contents (ie. does it include a full set of box and papers etc to align with your desires).
Step 3: If you agree to move forward, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit. This is to secure our services and provide funds to use once a watch is selected in the future steps.
Step 4: We at Kairos and Crown will now begin to search for your specific watch that meets all of your criteria that we have established and agreed upon. When we find a potential fit, we will communicate the exact details with the client via preferred methods (Facetime, phone call, texts, email, etc) with full transparency on the timepiece and provide any guidance or recommendations to ensure our customer satisfaction. Your approval is required before moving past this step!
Step 5: If you agree to the condition of the watch and wish to purchase that exact model, then full payment is due at this time and we can use your earlier deposit funds to "hold" the watch and at this point the deposit is completely non-refundable as the funds will be used towards the purchase price. If you decide not to purchase before this point, your deposit can be refunded to you minus any transaction fees or wire fees.
Step 6: After full payment clears, we will receive your watch at Kairos and Crown and do our inspection to ensure it is in the condition that we expect and ensure that you are satisfied with the watch.
Step 7: Fully insured shipping to a FEDEX Hold at Location (HAL) near you for your pickup and receipt. More details on our shipping policy can be found on that area of our website.
